Great hotel but just know there really is no hotel shuttle pickup from the airport. We wasted an hour and called the hotel 3 times to "hear the shuttle is on the way" the shuttle is at C and will pick you up at D next". Two of us watched as other hotel shuttles came twice - so we took uber. Front desk staff just said "shuttle to DFW is better" and it was.

Hall way and room are very dark. Not enough light. Staff not helpful, the scheduled shuttle bus never call passengers as promised by staff, we have to make our own arrangements to the airport. Disappointed!

If you think if getting this hotel because of free shuttle, dont. Is only for 5-6people in a van & comes once every hour. They tell you yes they have that time but they don’t. Mediocre halls, limited lighting very dark old just re think before getting this one.

One night stay for a layover. Hotel was way nicer than we expected. Beds super comfortable and room really spacious. The breakfast area was cute, staff friendly and shuttle to airport timely. All in all a very good experience.

Our room was next to the elevator. It was so noisy at times. It seems unsafe. It smelt like it was getting hot inside of it. Made me very nervous. Should get that checked.

Room was clean, water was hot, and breakfast was included. Loved the wooden floors especially because I had my pup with me. The only thing off was the staff attitudes. They werent rude but were very matter-of-fact and not hospitable. I would stay again, though.
