The shuttle service was deficient. We’re told it would take ~20 minutes after calling to request it (upon arrival at the pick up spot) and it never came. Waited 1 hr, kept calling front desk for assistance (the receptionist was really nice and tried to help, the issue was the shuttle provider) and were told they’d come and pick us up but that never happened

Staff was friendly but the place was not safe. Elevator stayed in one spot and jerked for 15 seconds before opening up for us on the 3rd floor. Transportation they offered had a fuel line issue. Making the interior of the ride smell like fumes the whole time.

It’s an old property. The hotel room door was damaged. As I walked through the hotel there were many dents in each hotel door. The elevator starts shaking when it goes up to the 3rd floor.

The pictures of this hotel are incorrect and do not reflect the overall experience at this hotel. The lighting of this hotel is terrible it is dark in the hallways also dark in the rooms there are no bright lights in the room at night. The breakfast was pitiful they put the same dried out cheese omelette and sausage out for all four days that. They didn't even attempt to give options with their breakfast they are doing the bare minimum and it is ridiculous that they wouldn't change the food options for 4 whole days. They are just recycling the food that they put out and that is unacceptable. Elevator was out of service. They also do not clean your room each day. Lots of trash in the parking lot because of ridiculous people littering however that trash stayed there for the extent of my stay as well. Will not be staying there again
