We check in because this was affordable and it had airport shuttle included. However, as we checked in we were informed that the hotel does NOT run an airport shuttle like the website said. We asked to see the manager and were told he was not there. The front desk staff said she would have the manager call within 15 minutes. That never happened. He never reached out to us and could care less. Our room was very dated and had black mold on the wall above the AC. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

In the corner of the room, there was poo, thought dog's. Called front but she said that she cannot do anything. There was no way without sleeping in the room. Disgusting!

I had booked a king bed room but when i got there, there wasn't one available, so they put me in a double beds room for the night and promised to have the next king bed available for us which was fine execpt that the next day we came to check into the other room and were told that the king beds were all booked snd none were saved for us which was annoying . we were stuck with the double beds whihc was okay, execpt house keeping came into our room even with the do not disturb we put on the outside , and on top of that EVERY day we came back to our room our assigned card would not work so wed have to go and get it reassigned to work with our room... In conclusion dont book with them, they don't respect your privacy, and you may not even get your room that you signed up for.. not ever booking again
