The lighting outside in the parking lot was dim, there was stains and unknown substance on desk and nightstand, used washcloth was left on the shower curtain bar, the WiFi was extremely spotty, and the property seemed unkept. Would not stay there again.

When arrived was told my room has been cancelled even though I arrived 10 min before check in but yet when I went to Expedia still showed all was fine but I was made to have to make another reservation and luckily got same price but it was an inconvenience being that there was no reason for it to cancel. Also in shower there are 2 shower heads one only has a small stream of trickle of water when you finally get changed to the 2nd head it was little better. The bed was great, it was quiet. The tv is very small and hard to watch from the bed it was like 24in tv. But all in all the room did what I needed but it could use upgrading.

The staff was friendly and helpful and we had no issues with them. The shuttle was on time and took us exactly where we needed to be. The room was not as clean as we had hoped it would be. There were a couple spots on the mattress cover and something “sticky”. Underneath the bed were crumbs of food leftovers and severe dust. We also found what looked like a “contact lense” on the floor.

The gentleman in the lobby was super helpful. Went down hill from there. Our “smoke free” room smelled like an ashtray, and filthy! Saw a cockroach and hair in the tub. Thankful we didn’t leave with bed bugs or worse!

This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, I was really surprised. Room is super spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, pillows are big and fluffy, big tv with premium channels, airport shuttle, ac, big lighted mirror, water pressure in the shower is great, 24hr dennys next door and plenty delivery options nearby that are open super late! I only paid $46 on Expedia for a two twin bed room… so this was absolutely amazing. My only complaint is the towels for your body are like mini sized… and very linty/dusty. Need better towels. That’s it!

What didn't go well was that the 1st Staff member who took my 1st payment upon my 1st night didn't tell me ahead of time that "if cats are not in a cage, our housekeepers will not go into the room to clean." Housekeeper(s) came into my room one (1) time! Room stayed dirty and smelly for 6 days. I offered to clean (sweep and mop) my room one time, and they seem to appreciat that. I made several complaints about the neighbor whose dog kept barking, and the gentleman who stomped through the room. Last night I only slept 4 hours because more noise on top and the neighbor beside me were making so much noise. Sex for them was like 2 hours and he was loud! This was very poor service! I leave from Motel 6 on Saturday!!!!
