Your Texas Charm Hideaway is centrally located near Main Street in Frisco, placing you just minutes from shopping, entertainment, and some of the area’s most popular attractions. Patrick was great host. He came and replaced the toilet seat, and a few other things right away. The house itself is an older home in an established neighborhood that was very quiet. It has a very nice patio and a small grass area which is nice for dogs. The house still needs work and TLC. It has a vibe of staying in a Batchelor pad or college house. There are cosmetic things that still need to be fixed in the house. The decor needs to have a feminine touch. And there was a smell in the house that needs to be addressed. I know it’s new listing on the VRBO and Patrick has not had a lot of time to work on it so we are very excited to see what he able to do with the place.
