Welcome to fully renovated beautiful half duplex!! Perfect LOCATION, just off Dallas Parkway/DNT at Stonebrook. Located in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood and just mins away from tons of restaurants, shoppings and entertainment in Frisco, TX. There are free private parking in the back and on-street parking in the front.
Fantastic for a family trip, work trip, business trip, extra family for holidays, vacation stays.
You have full access to the entire home! 3 bedrooms : two queen bedrooms and one offers bunk beds. There are no personal items from anyone else in the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all full size modern appliances, sensor kitchen faucet, cooking supplies, dishes, utensils and more! Complimentary coffee and tea services along with paper towels, washing and dishwasher detergents, dryer sheets and initial supply of bathroom toiletries. Fridge with ice and water dispensers.
We have enhanced our cleaning routine:
1. We require our cleaning team to wear protective gear while they clean.
2. The house will be ventilated before each cleaning.
3. After cleaning, the house will be disinfected.
We have a checklist of surfaces to disinfect which includes sofas, rugs, drapes, and frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles.
4. All linens are washed at the highest heat setting. That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, and kitchen towels.

Great property to stay in over the weekend. Very clean, had all the amenities needed. Really convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Host was amazing – very communicative and responsive. She even added extra touches to make sure my kids felt welcome and at home.

Very clean and functional. Host was very attentive. We would definitely book again when in the area. Absolutely no sound issues with being a duplex, very quiet. Parking in back through the ally was tight for a F150. There was no parking available in the front during our stay. Smaller vehicles would not have any issues.

This property was everything as advertised!
We chose to stay at this property because our daughter was playing in a 4-day softball tournament in Frisco. This property was located within 10 minutes from the fields. The duplex was very nice and clean. The hostess was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The checkin check out process was really easy. I would recommend this place to stay.
