Its been 4 months and I am still bothered by our experience. A specific, front desk staff member was off putting and dismissive. Cornered me outfront on the morning of departure which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Not a good room. Room design dreadful, bed literaly next to bathroom with a sliding door. Toilet seat broken, toilet roll holder broken, toilet not flushing, no hot water, bed very uncomfortable. Hard!
