“Killara Retreat” is a delightful single-storey family home in central Cowes just a short walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The front open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 65" smart TV) flows through to a Lounge (with 65" smart TV). A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1 featuring a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), a fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), a separate Toilet, Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR) and another Bathroom (with bath & shower).
Outdoor Areas
The front Deck (with seating for 4) overlooks the quiet cul-de-sac in central Cowes, while the side Deck overlooks the enlcosed rear yard with a separate covered Gazebo (with gas BBQ & seating for 6) - perfect and suitable for children to play safely. There is space for 2 cars in the Double Carport, with space for another 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, DeLonghi Nespresso Mini pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living Room room, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 2 plus a small fan attached to the wall in bedroom 3. There is also three additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
