STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

The moment we got into our room which had a balcony. The balcony door was broken. Lights were not working and outlets were not working and even when we left they 3 days still were not working. The bed was. Absolutely. Atrocious no comfort. Level 2 and whatsoever. Wi-Fi was not working. Overall , an absolutely terrible experience will never go back to that hotel again

Reasonable Place to Stay

Affordable hotel for a trip to town for a wedding. Room was clean but outdated. Area of town seemed questionable but the staff was nice and it was overall a very positive experience. Appreciated the onsite free parking.

Another great Radisson visit

We've stayed at several hotels in the area over the years and the Radisson is by far our favorite. We exclusively stay at the Radisson now while in the Cincinnati area. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is very good, and the balcony views are pleasant. Looking forward to our next stay!

There was roaches in the pool and pool area I’m just disgusted. when I brought it to the front desk attention there was nothing done about it still there when I checked out today.

The hotel and restaurant was amazing. But out air conditioner went out has to sleep with balcony doors open and the traffic from highway beside us kept us awake all night .

Not a bad property but not good either. The place is dated and needs a refresh bad. The bathroom (shower/toilet) exhaust fan and vent did not work and thus the water condensation was awful every shower. The wall plugs are worn out and don’t hold your charging blocks for your devices in.

Expected higher quality from Radisson

I was very disappointed. It was over priced. The electrical outlets did not work. Therefore, I could not charge my phone to retrieve my concert tickets. The mattress had an infestation on the lower edge, cigarette holes in the curtains, the iron did not work, and the chair in the room was torn.
