Room was not dusted very well, you can see the areas that were very clearly missed. Bed box spring was torn with the fabric hanging all over. Other than that it was okay

Coffee maker was broken, elevators were noisy enough to keep us up all night, most of the plugs and usb ports in room didnt work, remote was hot to the touch so had to remove batteries when not in use. Pillows were also awful.

The rooms too small, handicapped bathroom with undafe inoperable conditions. My mom fell and we called the front desk, asked him to call 911 and he refused. He claimed he would come but not call 911. We got the address and called 911 ourselves. The heater/ac was loud like a train engine, and the noise from the interstate is LOUD. The door wouldnt close all the way. I felt like making a criminal complaint on the front desk attendant for refusing to call 911 for us, he talked about how he could come up, but why would i have some untrained civilian seeing my mom on the floor undressed? He was ill equipped to help, and being law enforcement i already knew that. will upload pics and video on Google if I can.
Door not closed at top and the insulation came off at the bottom.

I had stayed her once with my dad when I was growing up and remember loving the hotel. It has not been maintained since then. So many things were broken. I’m grateful the sheets were clean, but there was a lot that wasn’t clean. I felt safe there in the past, but not this visit and we will not be back.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Cincinnati skyline. However, our refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. Maintenance responded quickly and repaired it, which we appreciated. The location is quite noisy due to nearby busy streets and train tracks. The building itself could use some renovations and updates. The ice machine on our floor was broken, and the overall feel of the property was somewhat run down. Additionally, we witnessed a front desk employee speaking rudely to another staff member during our checkout, which left a poor impression.

It was cool to have a balcony, however interstate 75 is way too close and is noisy all night due to lack of noise isolation. Hotel is nice In general, clean tidy and mostly up to date.
