Water main broke just prior to our arrival, so no water available for us to wash up, or even flush toilet. Carpets and upholstered furniture in common areas were filthy, tables in lobby were sticky - When we returned from our dinner engagement the water was back on but we had to run it for 45 minutes to clear the lines. Still not able to drink the water as there was a requirement to boil water before consuming for next 24 hours. When we wanted to take a shower the next day the regulator on the faucet was broken - only scalding temperature was available. Hotel Breakfast on departure day was disappointing as the restaurant was packed and there was only one server - incredibly slow service. And the coffee urn im the lobby was empty.

The water was off, when it came back on the toilet would not flush, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, the only outlet that worked was in the bathroom, the ceiling of the bathroom was cracked and had what looked like mold growing on it. Never, I repeat never stay here. Told the front desk and they didn’t not offer to do anything to make it right!

I’ve never experienced a poor hotel stay before, but this broke that. Within a two night stay: I requested new room on the first day due to broken refrigerator that leaked all over the floor. In the second room, the sink didn’t drain at all. I spoke again to front desk about this and was asked if it mattered that it didn’t work. On the 2nd day, there was NO water. No shower, no sink, nothing. I complained again and was told this happens weekly at this hotel, that there was nothing they could do and that it eventually will be back on.

Staff was extremely rude over the phone before the trip and hung up several times. Room was old and dingy. We found a massive cockroach and immediately left. We did get a refund and the front desk worker was very nice about the situation, but did not seem surprised there was a cockroach found.

It’s a little bit outdated feeling but honestly it is a good hotel. Check in/out was extremely easy and literally EVERYONE we came in contact with was in a great mood and so friendly. We have no complaints at all. Having onsite garage parking for $7 a night is totally worth it too. We felt very safe our entire stay.

The room is OK. Hotel is OK. Went to take a shower and wash our hands and there was no bar soup on their own called down to the front desk. They said if we wanted it, we’d have to come down and get it.

Only 2 of the elevators were working. So on a busy weekend, we waited a long time just for an elevator. We took the steps up and down many times. One time we waited 15+ minutes for the elevator. Some of the buttons on the elevator wouldn't light up, so you didn't know if it would stop on the right floor or not. Check in and check out was easy. $7 for parking, which isn't bad. The pillows were flatter than a pancake. We could have/ and did, folded our pillows in half and in half again. Our curtains didn't shut all the way, so it let in light in the morning. The curtain rods were broke, so we had to pull the curtains shut.
