There were people getting high in the parking lot, the basement garage, and vaping pot in the lobby, elevator smelled of pot. There were bugs running around on the ground. The were people using in teh lobby for goodness sakes. While in line the place smelled of so much pot, the elevator was so gross, and the conditions were scary that my wife and i left the hotel before seeing the room. I asked for a refund in the messaging system. As we left we were so disturbed.

Front desk lady was very rude. Roaches were everywhere there was dead ones all over ground and live ones crawling all over the walls. We went to tell them we were leaving she said we can get a refund which got declined. Went back down in the morning to speak to a manger finally got refund approved..Manager was very nice.

The room was small and dated. It was also incredibly loud. The road traffic was non-stop noisy. The parking was terrible. A wedding was hapening Saturday night and we ended up parking a block away. Probably won't stay there again.
