Hotel was in a convenient location. Views from rooms very nice of Cincinnati. Can walk to Mainstrasse town; which was very cute and had great dining options. Our hotel did not have dinner in their restaurant; which was closed, but served breakfast. No room service either. But the website gave it as an option. Beds were comfortable. Our shower did not work. Lampshade above bed was ripped. Stains on carpet. The hotel is in need of a remodel. The shower not working was the biggest complaint.

DEFINITELY NOT STAYING AGAIN.

Arrived at midnight with my adult son. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The 1st room they gave us already had people staying in it (& my key-card unlocked their door). I went back to the desk & the 2nd room they gave us only had 1 bed in it. I went back to the desk & the 3rd room they gave us didn’t have electricity working (no lights, wall-plugs - nothing) in half the room. We were too tired to try again so just stayed in that room for our 2 nights. I’m definitely NOT going back.

So we stayed here about 7 years ago for a football game. it was very nice thought we would try it again since we enjoyed it last time. well there pretty much has been zero updates from 7 years ago. the hotel has a weird smell to it in the halls and in the rooms. i just figured suck an amazing hotel outside with the lights and everything would be more amazing inside and it wasnt.
