Toilet does not work. We have to go down the lobby to take care of business because the toilet does not work right. Staff are horrible, they do not smile. Service is terrible as well. No soda or coffee or other self service drinks available for casino customers/players like me. It’s nothing compared to the casino service that we get in the United States. Considering this is Venetian, I expected a better service. Staff don’t speak English except for the Filipino staff that are there that are friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience is horrible. Would not go back!

Amazing. My room was incredible. The view stunning. Tai Pa village was literally a stones throw away. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
