The carpet in the rooms were a bit dingy, probably closer to 3.5 or 4 star at best. Also, they didn't seem to happy that I didn't need my room cleaned after my first night there. I was napping in afternoon because of jet lagg and was woken by a call from front desk asking what's going on and to make sure I turn off the "do not disturb" button next day. Didn't appreciate their tone on the call, kind of rude.

The hotel staff upgraded me to champagne suite king room which was fantastic. The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
