Be very careful when booking this property as it is not indicated that the property is not complete. Only 1 of the 2 towers is completed. Driving up to the property, you see the incomplete tower falling apart, and looks like it has not been managed for quite some time. You arrive to a less than welcoming front reception, bell hop. With the exception to having VIP access as it brass booked which is the saving grace to have a more palatable check in called the vantage club. Great selection of top shelf liquor. Then it starts even fall apart even more. Had 2 attempts at getting the key cards to work to finally have maintenance let us in. Rooms are spacious however you can really see and hear the poor construction of the building. The exposed concrete make it feel it is still in its finishing stage. You can see old water stain embedded in the concrete. The walls separating the rooms are so thin that we can hear the guy next door and his TV all day and night which affected when we xan actually sleep. The food was marginal at best with the exception to the 4th of July buffet dinner. Inkyvhas 3 restaurants that had very limited tables with minimal occupancy if the tower. Service staff were not interested in being attentive and long wait times for drinks. Pools were visibly unmaintained and falling apart. When packing to end the stay, found that housekeeping stole a compression bag and concierge simply didn't want to replace it with a reimbursement and accused that I can't prove it

This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.
