The room was good. But the pictures made it look like it alhad a pool and there was no pool. Also the coffee in the Lobby (before breakfast started) was cold and had from the day before.

Nice room. Didn't like that the bed was lower, hard for an older person to get up. Also no extra cups for water or anything. Only two cups for coffee. Very clean and the staff was great.

The hotel and staff itself was amazing! The room was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and was able to provide us extra towels at request. The AC was FANTASTIC, which is something that is not always a guarantee! We could have made that room snow if we wanted! The breakfast was great! All the options were available. Our only complaint was that apparently there were lots of complaints, including ours, from a variety of guests (we were there for an event with about a dozen other people who stayed on the property) that the people above them were loud and you could hear a lot of walking, running, stomping, etc. all night long. In our room (first floor) we heard what sounded to us like stomping throughout the night, including being woken up at 3am to about 1.5 hours of it. I will say that the staff the next morning did offer to move our room however we planned to leave early and go home versus stay the night again. Overall the accommodations were amazing....the other guests in the hotel, not so much.
