What a beautiful hotel. The design is incredible and the rooms are quite stunning. Especially the bed was a highlight. So comfortable! I honestly didn’t enjoy the welcoming at the reception. I booked two hrs before arriving. The lady at the reception seemed annoyed. There was some confusion about my booking. So I had to wait until she double checked with her manager. They had to give me a bigger room, because the booked category was not available. It felt that it annoyed her to give me the upgrade. On my second day I rented a bike. During my journey I realized that the break was not working, no bell and overall the bike had issues. I told the receptionist that they shouldn’t rent out bikes like this. I would have expected a refund or free drink for the uncomfortable experience. Overall! Great Hotel, but they really need to work on their service to make this place memorable and worth the high ticket.

The rooms are very small, no place to put toiletries. No a/c. To turn lights out I had to turn off all power to the room so I could not charge phone over night . Bed was fine but hotel is too expensive for what you get. Staff are fine. For half the price it would be fine. Great location.

The hotel had a very personal vibe. We felt taken care of. The Restaurant was great and the big open dining room was light and bright and very inviting. We loved that there were beautiful art books everywhere.

Lovely hotel in a great location with a good breakfast and bar. The rooms don’t have any space to put things on the bathroom, which I find annoying. I have a room with an exterior window. Those with windows to the atrium are LOUD until late at night.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was so lovely and the hotel is beautiful. They stored our bags for us after check out since we weren’t leaving till later in the day. The area is very central! The metro station is a 2 min walk for the hotel which made everything super accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is very picturesque and the staff really friendly. The breakfast was limited but very very good and happily ate there each morning. The room itself was a little dated and wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, on the ground below the bedside table someone had spilled a handful of nuts but was never cleaned up. Its also in a great location very close to the metro station.

My partner and I loved the Bella Grande. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in an incredibly convenient place to all the major attractions: a 5 min (or less) walk to Tivoli Gardens, Strøget, the best pastry shop in Copenhagen (St. Peders Bageri), and more; a 10-15 minutes from Kings Garden and Rosenberg Castle, National Gallery of Denmark; 15-20 min walk to Nyhavn, Freetown Christiania. In essence staying here you can walk pretty much anywhere and bike everywhere. It’s also an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant (Donna - Italian food). The staff is very friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked impeccably, beds were very comfy. There is no AC, but I was there at the beginning of June and with the windows open did not need it at all (and I like to sleep cold). I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a charming corner suite with sitting area, nice bath, and a beautiful, comfortable bed made in high thread content sheets and duvet. Staff, particulary Thorsten and Mariele (sp?) were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and charming. They made our visit with our goddaughter even more convenient. Our room was cleaned daily, even on days we were late getting, out with fresh towels and nice amenities. Our only complaint is a bit of difficulty obtaining ice from the restaurant. No room services were offered in our room, so morning coffee was procured at starbucks and pastries from Skt Peders Bageri. Delicious assortment available to enjoy inside or carryout We had a lovely dinner La Donna, which we could see, cared auwywyyÿšwh
