When arrived already had the room paid for through this app. Was told needed to put down a 100.00 deposit for the room and it would be returned if no damages after checking out. Ended up thwy charged me for it telling.me the app did not include the room rental and that was what the 100.00 was for.

The area around the hotel property seems a bit "sketchy" but there is a high iron fence all around the property with one entry/exit so it's easy for staff to monitor who coming and going.

Recently remodeled but rooms are small, bathroom shower was dirty, and they only give you two towels for a room that sleeps four. No hot breakfast. There was coffee. Staff wasn't present often. Parking was adequate. Elevatores were broken and they put us on the third floor.

The front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator was operable and it did not always work effectively. It would go up, but not always come down and you had to wait an extended amount of time if someone wasn’t coming down. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor so used the stairs.

Our hotel room was super clean, and newly remodeled. Our AC unit only worked in the bedroom area, the staff was very quick to offer a new room for the night, but it was late and we were already settled, thankfully the rest of the weekend was chilly and ac wasnt needed. We also were not given towels, and told they were "sold out of them" and unable to give us any. After complaining to the desk we were given brand new towels with tags. Overall we were happy with our stay, we were in with a sports league and not where the rest of the team stayed. We definitely picked the better hotel !!
