It’s a fine place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, we basically slept there and was at a convention the rest of the time. Free simple breakfast nothing fancy.

TERRIBLE FACILITY

My room was so terrible I did not stay! We checked in, went to the room and couldn’t tolerate the smell! I checked the bed and linens-no mattress pad or protection of any kind, pillows smelled terrible and the sides of the mattress in the room were pulled off and you could see the filler and the stains. The carpet in the hallway was not only old but awfully dirty, didn’t look like a vacuum had been used in days. I would recommend NO ONE stay at this hotel until it has a thorough cleaning, sanitizing and ozone treatment. I should not have to pay for this as I could not tolerate the cigarette/smoke smell.

I just made one small error of booking a room without knowing I must be there after 2pm. I was traveling, and showed up on the day scheduled at 6:30 am really needing rest. Because of this ONE STUPID RULE, I couldn't get my room, or my money back. That means I slept on the streets like a homeless person, as the car was so full the seats couldn't go back (moving). I emailed them about it and got no answer back. F U C K these silly people who can't bend the rules even a little, and care only about money and not people. They can rot in hell.

A mixed bag

The property itself was as advertised. No issues. However, I contacted Hotels.com regarding a night I didn't stay and the representative lied repeatedly and said the property said I checked out past 11:00 on Saturday when it was well before 11:00. I know they didn't talk to the property because if they had, they would have been told that a refund had already been issued. They kept changing their story as the conversation progressed. So, hotel fine, Hotels.com liars.

I was woken up at 4:00 a.m. from a strong smell of smoke - this is advertised as a non-smoking hotel yet the measures are completely inadequate to ensure a restful stay. Very nice breakfast and modern rooms.
