great but a little noisy

The house is awesome! Loved the decor, tons of space, lots of amenities, comfy beds and many of them. We had two nights (Friday and Saturday) of pretty loud music and party sounds until well after midnight, but I get that is outside of owner's control. Easy to get to downtown/Convention Center.

Great place for a gathering

The house is huge with lots of space. Its set up for a large group as opposed to a romantic get away. There is a great Ohio Brewing is only a block away. We had a small issue that didnt need immediate attention and John came straight over and fixed it. Communication was great. We had 7 guys on our trip and it was perfect for us.

Beautiful Home

13 young adults (22-28) traveled to Columbus for NYE and this was the perfect place to stay! Just far enough outside of downtown that it didn’t get crazy but close enough to local bars to be able to have some fun. This place was perfect for all of to be able to stay and have fun together. Only complaint is that it was rather cold in the house, but we made do.

Ladies weekend

We stayed here for a ladies weekend. It was close to downtown, but in a skeptical part of town. We caught someone breaking into our cars at 5am. The house itself is nice and very spacious, the rooms upstairs are awesome, and the owner is communicative. I wish we would’ve brought our own towels and toilet paper because there was just not enough for 14 women (lol).

Bachelorette Bash

Overall the house was very clean, spacious, and looked just as the photos. John was very easy to communicate with and helpful with recommendations for the area as far as food, etc. We had a group of 11 stay for a Bachelorette weekend with multiple activities within walking distance of the home so it was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others for sure!

The place worked out great for us. Hard to find a place to sleep 13 so glad we found. John was helpful answering our questions and was flexible on our check in time. We could get from there relatively quickly to everywhere we needed to go. Thanks again for sharing your place!
