The toilet handle had to be shaken to stop the toilet from running. The shower curtain, in the handy-cap bathroom, was to short and flooded the floor. There was a nail that had worked its way up and i stepped on it. I was fortunate it didn't puncture my foot.

My toilet was broken. It wouldn't flush when I called downstairs. There was only one person in the entire hotel a very nice young man who came up to try to fix it. I ended up having to help him and got my hands full of toilet water. We temporarily fixed it but then 10 minutes later it broke again when I called down again he said he was too busy and asked me if I could live with not flushing the toilet all night long by time I checked out there was a new person at the front desk and they refused to do anything as far as a refund

Our room was very comfortable with a lovely seating area and work desk. It was clean and attractive. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. It would have been a big deal if we had winter coats, dresses or suit jackets.

Staff was very friendly, the room was decent. We didnt realize until later in the morning, because the curtains were closed when we arrived, but the window was broken and covered with a piece of cardboard. That room should have never been rented and should have been closed for maintenance.

This place needs some upgrades, big time. It was really loud being right next to the desk and common areas of the hotel. When there was a pool party, it sounded like a million kids in there because of the acoustics. Overall though the place was acceptable and it did the job.

The AC unit didn’t work in my room. All I did was lay there and sweat all night. Breakfast was minimal. They barely had anything in it. They wouldn’t put out very much at a time it got swiped up immediately.
