Maintenance could use some help. Shower struggled to get warm, toilet ran, fridge wouldn’t keep things cold. Breakfast runs 6-10, but at 9 they would not put more orange juice in the machine. On a positive note, the checkout time is great!

Room and staff were great and very attentive….. only reason for the 4star and not 5… we were on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working and I had drag our bags down 5 flights of stairs making multiple trips

The elevators were down all weekend long and my 83 year old father could have fallen down the stairs. There was broken furniture in the room. Saturday the chlorine levels in the pool and hot tub were excessive. Burned people's eyes including myself. I could not stay in the pool area for very long.
