Room was very nice. And very clean. Really nice hotel. Manager Zenia was super. BUT I had reserved a hearing/mobility room thinking mobility would include bars. The room we got was only for hearing impaired. No bars around toilet or in shower (just a small one). I was NOT happy. They did try to see if another guest would change with us. But could not contact that person. But they tried. Hotel was fully booked though. Without bars it was very inconvenient and I could not give my husband a shower nor could he use the toilet in the room. We had to use the handicapped accessible bathroom by the pool and exercise room. Also the room sink did not accommodate his wheelchair making washing hands and brushing teeth more difficult. So although I really like the hotel, the room was totally inadequate for our needs and not what I thought I had reserved. Please tell whoever does the room descriptions on the internet to describe this room ONLY for hearing impaired. . Thank you.

The front desk person checking us out lacked any customer service skills. The hotel had a security vehicle from 10pm -5am with loud exhaust and he would rev it up during sleeping hours. We had to call the front desk at 1:30am one night and 2am another night due to people parting all hours of the night and morning. They didn’t do anything nor would they move our room. When checking out I asked for a call from a manager and of course that never happened.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Fluffy white towels and sheets, extra pillows. Lotions and shampoo in the shower. HBO on tv with many other channels. It's located in an area with many food options. We did not get to stay and enjoy the breakfast but saw the area and serving buffet on the way out. It looked like it was going to be good! The walls do seem thin as you can hear faucets and showers being turned on in neighboring rooms. It was not too annoying but might be if you get a noisy neighbor. Even having said that, we would still definitely still return to this hotel again. Thank you, Fairfield Inn & Suites, for a lovely stay!
