Room was clean. Have to request your room to be cleaned. Parking garage was $42 dollars a day. Sidewalk was closed for construction. Fitness center was very nice. Skywalk escalator was closed.

The property, for my short stay, was perfect. The staff (from valet to front desk) was incredibly accommodating. The only thing that I did not like was that the purpose for me being in town did not allow for me to utilize that magnificent looking gym.

My only negative on this hotel stay was housekeeping (or whoever) knocking on our door before 8 am…. And then continuing to knock and actually enter the room for the next three hours on several occasions to see if we were gone when check out wasn’t until 11.

The parking was confusing, our room had some issues. Coffee maker did not work, electrical plug ins by bed did not work, and we were without a tv remote for the first two days of our stay.
