The room was through a maze in a very back corner. Front desk referred to my room as “discounted room with Expedia“. And when he said, it did feel like an excuse. The hallway appeared dirty and dingy. The room was basic. Out of date. Towels felt like sandpaper. The bed was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Lobby was basic. I did enjoy the professional front desk check in.

The construction made it hard to find the entrance after flying in and driving to the location at 11PM. Had to loop around the block a couple of times. Besides that, everything was great, staff was excellent. Will come back and stay again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms about 30mins after checking in. The first room had bed bugs. I took a video and some photos to show the front desk. They gave me another room, it was very clean and bug free. They also gave us a complimentary dinner for 2.
