Great break from a road trip.

We arrived late, but after a moment a nice employee came out to give us our room, which just took a minute. It’s a smaller hotel, which I like when we are driving cross country. You don’t have to walk a mile with your stuff just to get to sleep. Breakfast was simple (plain omelets, sausage, in addition to standard continental breakfast). It was very quiet, parking was easy, the building seems well- kept and was clean. Comfy beds. Book with confidence.

A hot

Went for a weekend away from the children’s hospital so our older kids could swim and do things away from the hospital. At check-in we were charged more for the room than what we booked through hotels.com AND we were charged $20 additional for each person in the room. No where is it stated or posted about this fee. We also had to ask for the pool lights to be turned on at 9 at night when the pool doesn’t close until 10. While eating breakfast, the staff started to teardown the breakfast and not replace things starting at 8:30. Breakfast is over at 9:30. There are signs posted in breakfast area that if food is taken back to room there is an additional fee added to your room. It just seems they try to get as much money out of their guests as much as possible.

Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen anywhere. I always looked for a hotel providing breakfast so I was very disappointed at what they had. I will not be booking a Country Inn anymore.

Had to pay $.84 cash as a booking fee for using Expedia. I didn’t have cash on me, luckily I found some in my car. The person checking us in was pissed I didn’t have exact change for him even though I didn’t know this fee was a thing. The room smelled musty and gross. Like chemicals, but not cleaning chemicals. Would not waste money staying here.

The staff were kind and friendly. Every morning, the staff knocked on the door for housekeeping service. That was nice. Expensive for what you get. No vending machine for food or a mini market when you are hungry in the middle of the night. Coffee only at breakfast time. The coffee in the room is not good and is very limited. Older property.

Nice hotel but seems to need a deep clean

Room was comfortable and adequate. Building seemed to have some minor maintenance issues. Loose baseboards, sticky handrails, stained carpet, hole in wall behind our door. Breakfast-we wished there was a little more variety of hot foods. We did really like the shower. We didn’t see a front desk attendant at checkout or a breakfast attendant.

Terrible experience!

We did not care for this hotel at all. Breakfast was not good, the eating area was so hot you couldn't stand to be in the room. We took our food back to our room to eat. The 60 dollar charge for us bringing our 4 year old with us was ridiculous!!! I had to call the front desk to get the lights turned on the pool area, at 9pm . Beds not comfortable at all, they have 6 pending charges on my card, why I don't know. When I ask the desk he tried to say it wasn't them but everyone said the same thing , so now I will have to call my bank!!!
