Booked a 4 night stay, Had to immediately request new room upon check in due to fowl/urine type odor in room. Front desk attendant was very kind and quick to get is into a new room. New room still had the fowl odor though bearable (it was near midnight at checkin and we were exhausted), we used our travel sprays to mask the smell daily. On day 2 the internet went out, could not access TV or internet, it did come back on late evening. Day 3, the one and only elevator went down, so no elevator, We did not check into a 3rd floor room expecting to do flights of stairs several times for 2 days, we get "things happen". Last night stay, back to room late, No TV again. Complete bummer for our anticipated chill time. Spoke with front desk upon check out re: all these issues, I get they are the managers and not owners, I did gracefully inform him how my stay was unpleasant as he did ask "How was your stay"? I did ask what return compensation would be for the inconveniences and lack of comfort in our stay, I was informed the owners world be notified and there was nothing they could do at moment. Fair enough, I get it, Comfort Inn is huge Corporation. I did feel the need to speak my mind, I had stayed here before, not stellar then (mainly r/t cleanliness of room floor with toe nails found on floor), though comfy enough to stay again. I will NOT stay here again, plenty of other options in this area. I will say the coffee, b'fast and friendliness of staff on point.

Front desk attendant that checked us in was very curt and not welcoming at all. Hallways smelled very strongly of mildew and musk. Room felt humid despite AC. Room was dingy, with food caked on walls, lamp shades had mold/mildew stains, curtains ripped. Bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast area was clean and nice, thankfully.

I didn't like seeing a sign posted that basically said park at your own risk, I didn't appreciate smelling weed the second I walked into the door that leads to my room, and I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning was broke or just couldn't be turned down. Other than that my stay was fine.

The room itself wasn't bad the bathroom had issues. The toilet was loose and moved around, the sink and bathroom tub had very slow draining drains. The appearance entering hotel wasn't clean looking, damage walls dirty looking carpet

This was the WORSTTT experience I have ever had at an hotel. When i arrived, there was no one at the front desk, i had to wait 10 mins to check in. Once I got in my room i noticed ants EVERYWHERE!!! They were on the counters, nightstands and the bed. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and gave me new sheets. They never gave us a new room after asking for one. Once we made it home we had ants in our luggage. At that point we asked for a refund and would have been okay with only half. It’s 2 weeks later and they won’t even respond to Expedia and won’t give me my refund after acknowledging they KNEW about the BUGS!!! I’m reporting this disgusting hotel to the better business bureau and choice hotels compliance and ethics.

3 stars at best.

First it was a bit confusing when I booked it. I did not know there was a Comfort Suites and Comfort Inn right next to each other. My room was ok. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I am glad it was only one night. The hotel had its share of weat and tear. The elevator was janky. The walk from the lobby to my room was mediocre at best. Formica was chipped on the walls of the elevator. Fire extinguisher box was all dented in. Carpet was very worn. The whole place was a bit worn down. The breakfast was a little late and did not taste good. I did not eat it. Gravy for biscuits was watered down. The chocolate muffins had very little flavor.

Not good quality

The room was not very clean. Paint chips. Pink gunk on a light switch. Old rusted lamps. Headboard light didn’t want to turn on. Cheap pillows. Bed was squeaky every roll over. The room just felt cheap and dirty. Will not be staying here again.
