Must admit, less than stellar. There was no key in the lockbox when we arrived (which was already set to the unlock code). The smell of pot hit you straight in the face when you opened the (unlocked) door. We never did secure a key until the NEXT day despite myself and VRBO communicating with the host. With no key, hard to secure your items so everything had to be repacked in the car the next morning. Let alone we were all a tad freaked out that whoever had the key was going to let themselves back in, so we barricaded the door shut with a chair when we went to sleep. The marijuana smell was so permeated in the linens that I felt like a human scratch and sniff sticker, where every time I moved I got a fresh whiff of nastiness. The silverware and coffee cups were all visibly stained and only took some soap and a sponge to get clean; I'm assuming since there was no dishwasher soap, the cycle ran but didn't get it cleaned. I'm guessing since there were no lights indicating they were working, the smoke detectors were all dead... albeit I didn't push the button, just going off my own experience with the ones I have at home; host was also informed of this. Lighting for makeup/hair only good in the main bathroom; so cheer/dance moms be warned. Some of the lamps didn't even have a chain or lightbulb in them. But 1 star was earned for a great location! The 2nd star was for the Brookstone Massage Chair which occupied my kids instead of questioning their moms decision making skills.
