Have stayed here a couple of times. It's our go to hotel now when in Grand Blanc/Flint area. Close to expessway, dining options and more. Very clean and quiet. Great staff and service.

My Mom got terribly ill and spent a week in ICU while she was staying at this hotel. They did everything they could to help us access her room to get to her medications and her belongings. They were always so kind a quick to help her. When she was discharged from the hospital she spent another week at this hotel waiting for her new apartment to be ready and they were so kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy and every staff member we came across was more than kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Very noisy with team sports groups. Running the hallways. Had a lot of issues key cards and need to had reprogrammed 3 times. This issues was happening to all guests. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful in pointing out great places to eat. My two favorite people was the beautiful young lady at the front desk, who pointed out all the great restaurants and the young lady who cook all of the breakfast for us while we were staying there thank the crew and the management.

The tv in the main room with the 2 beds did not work properly. When we asked about it, we were told it was a known issue, yet we were not informed upon check in. When we tried to call down to the front desk to inquire about the tv the phone did not work so we had to leave the room and physically go speak with someone. The pool was very cloudy and all though it appeared the filters were working it didnt look like it because the cloudyness of the water. The room also had mildew in the bath tub and under neith the sink in the bathroom.
