Almost great
Almost everything was amazing except one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Had we known the pool was not open we would’ve chosen somewhere else. Also, we eat breakfast later than other people. There was never hot water, and the meat was cold. We ate about 9 o’clock breakfast went till 9:30.

Booked a room for total charge of $98.61 upon arrival at property we were told our room was not available and the property was full except for one room that was $151. As it was the only option we had to take it. Felt like this was a bait and switch on price. Manager just said sorry nothing he could do as Expedia overbooked the hotel.

Staff was courteous, they shoveled snow and salted the area around the entrance, and the room was very clean. The pool was in maintenance, so we didn’t get to utilize it. There was a sewage smell in the hallway both nights we were there. Staff attempted to address it with fragrances, but it was still noticeable and we had to open the window in our room for a couple of hours each evening. The smell eventually subsided.

Visited Williams Woods University
My son had a college visit at William Woods University. We were debating between hotels and were recommended this property. I am glad we booked here. The property was wonderful in all aspects. My son truly enjoyed the fresh morning breakfast and all the options. Rooms were very clean. Definitely will be staying here on future visits to William Woods. Great Job to the team at Baymont
