Booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub through Expedia. Once arrived and checked in and signed papers clerk said sorry the Jacuzzi does not work. Do you still want the room? I checked the room out very dirty carpeting very musty in the room. Dehumidifier was full, vent fan was on. I asked for another room. They gave me another room without a Jacuzzi. I asked about the difference in price for the room without a Jacuzzi,they said they would credit me the difference, but never did.

I didn’t know that I was in India, besides the room had some issues, the bathroom light would not off, I told the staff twice about it, never fixed.The bathroom shower shut valve had a leak, never fixed. The food for breakfas I wouldn’tI give to my Dog. I will never there again.

We checked in very late and left relatively early so I can only say so much. The room was clean but the hallways were filthy. The breakfast was above average. Staff seemed friendly enough. The parking lot was well lit.

The swimming pool was nice, but the shower within the pool was quite dirty! Good location, did report that my husband woke up the following morning with a hugh bite on his arm. I did proceed to tell the front desk. He said he would report about spraying the room.

This motel was right off the main highway. It does need an update with the carpet in rooms. The breakfast was lacking - did not have scrambled eggs, only offered hard boiled eggs. As it was Friday night, there seemed to be a lot of traffic and the breakfast area was loud, noisy and lacking in fruit. The restaurant next door was handy for evening meal.

Disappointed

Even with both curtains closed, my room was flooded with light from outside all night long. The noise from the air conditioner was so loud that I turned it off in the middle of the night. This hotel is in an industrial area and I was worried about my car being broken into during the night.

When we got to our room on the first day,the dehumidifier was full. The shower floor had cracks in the floor, the sink was dirty. Beds were never made and the trash was never taken out from day to day, and we were there for 3 nights!

Our first room the bathtub was stained and the drain was out. I took a photo and showed it to the desk and they changed our room no problem. Though I don't think our beds were queen beds and were just full/double. The new room has stained sheets and mattress pads, something like dried mucus on the wall, small bugs running around in the window sill (not bed bugs), and a long hair was insise my pillow case (not mine). They also had a dehumidifier that was full when we checked in and after the 1st night we emptied it ourselves since house keeping didn't and it looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. Definitely NOT worth $100+/night they were charging. This hotel is not to a Whyndam standard ar all.

They had only 1 luggage cart for the property. Very inconvenient. They have old hard beds not comfortable at all. Bathtub was horribly stained and furniture headboards very dusty. I will not stay here again.
