When first arrived at hotel staff did not greet people and provided very minimal information at check-in. Would have liked to have a working pool for our trip since we booked this hotel partially due it having a pool. Our room did not have a microwave or fridge like most hotels do have. Lastly breakfast was not very hot and milk cartons expired that day which first one we got was bad.
