It was under construction. Outside had a lot of areas that weren’t finished. A lot of ice and dog poop. Room was very clean as well as clean bathrooms. . Stayed 3 nights only had housekeep once. Staff was pleasant.

Okay property, but not without quirks.

When I made my reservation, I put in the instruction section that I needed a ground floor room or if not available a room near the elevator. If there wasn’t an elevator available, it had to be a ground floor room. On check-in, I was informed that it was an upstairs room. When I explained to the clerk that an upstairs room would not work due to my wife’s mobility issues and that I had made note of it in my reservation, he was able to get us into a ground floor room. When we got to the room, our keycards would not work. We tried both several times. I went to the front desk and he accompanied me back to the room. He must be a magician because it work right off the bat. Throughout the whole stay, we had a hard time getting the keycard to work at both the entry door and our room door. We generally bring drinks with us and make use of the in room fridge. We opened it and it was warm inside. We changed the thermostat and checked back an hour later and it still hadn’t cooled. We made sure it was plugged in and then we called the front desk, but had no success making the clerk understand the refrigerator did not work. Lastly, not a big issue, but the tub/shower was weird. The floor of the tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor making it hard to get into. The shower head was maybe five feet off the floor making it hard for me at 6’3” tall to wash my upper body and hair. The shower head was located at the front of the tub and was angled towards the back corner. Weird!

Our room was filthy!!floor wasnt vacuumed, hair on bathroom floor and in tub so i couldn't bath my child, sink had hair looked like clippings around handles for water area on counter, hair in sink, coffe pot needed to be washed, microwave had a cup of red stuff tomato soup? Desk table had fingernail clipping the cover thats across bottom of bed needed to be washed our beds were cleaned thankfully
