The staff were very nice. The room was appeared clean at first glance but my little granddaughter was running around barefoot and her feet were black after a few minutes. There toilet was loose and we had to jiggle the handle to stop the toilet running. The pull out couch mattress was very worn. The pad had stains that looked like blood. And the vent in the bathroom was filthy. Our room was next to the highway and the window had no insulation so it was very loud.
