Walked in to see a roach in the bathroom. If it hadn't been so cold and so late, we would have left. Staff was friendly and we would have been ok without the roach. Hard to sleep when you think there are critters in your room.

The room smelled like bad body odor. There was mold on the light fixtures in the room. The phone was absolutely disgusting dirty. There were used wash clothes on top of the shower head.
