You will LOVE our 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse! We remodeled EVERYTHING in the unit from top to bottom including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new carpet, new tile floors, & new appliances. The unit is 916 square feet, & we have AC units in each bedroom & the living room, which more than adequately cools the place. We have a full kitchen (incl coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge), washer/dryer, dining room area, cable TV (Smart TV), King Bed in Master, Wifi, & Sleeper Sofa.

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

We had to leave after 2 nights and would have left right away if we had another place to stay. We were suppose to stay with our kids there for a full week but it was awful. Things were stained, dirty, broken, had a water leak upstairs and wasn’t fully fixed they did not disclose that information, smelt horrible of cigarettes and mold. It was a terrible experience, and really caused a problem on our trip finding a new place to stay with two small children last minute, and ended up costing a lot more.

Nice place, nice location, great host communication

Recently remodeled, tastefully decorated. Great and prompt communication with the host. 10 minutes from the Peterson SFB Visitor Center/Gate. 10-15 minutes from a pile of interesting restaurants on Powers. The kitchen (my interest at VRBO rentals) was complete! You can pretty much cook anything. However, the free spaghetti dinner and the microwave popcorn was a nice touch by the host. Thanks! We would certainly rent this unit again.

Cute place

Great little place for a family to stay. Its close to restaurants and shopping. We were in town for softball nationals and staying here we were only 15 minutes from the ballpark. We would stay here again.

This was a cute place that had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all the wares, Washer & dryer, they even had the fixings for a spaghetti dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Small townhouse was a good homebase

We spent 2 weeks in the area and this small townhouse was a good homebase for us. It had its quirks, but it had all the essentials and thoughtful touches like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, basic cooking ingredients, coffee, and such. Only bummer was that the in-room air conditioners were rather noisy, and the dishwasher definitely needs a pre-rinse first. Beds were comfortable, appliances including laundry and oven worked great, and owners were very responsive to questions.

Great place for small getaway

Was sneaking in a small mini getaway with kids and this place worked perfectly. The place was clean and easy to find. While we spent most of the daytime hours out exploring we had a nice place to come back to and recharge. Everything worked as expected and didn't hear any noise from any neighbors or anything like that so completely happy with our stay. Owners reached out a few times to verify all was good as well
