Great hotel!

This was a very well situated hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is very comfy and the staff were all keen to make sure we had a good time. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Staying in an apartment/hotel meant we could have three of us in the same place much more conveniently than if we were in two different hotel rooms.

Magnificent location. Walkable in all directions but trams buses close by if walking difficulties. Hotel very accommodating. Helpful staff. Complimentary coffee machine and water in lobby lovely touch.

Loved this hotel! We couldn't get the temperature of the room quite right and ended up a bit hot at night but overall the amenities in the room were great. Free hot drinks & occasionally snacks downstairs which was an added bonus. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk around the corner. Thai over the road is fantastic! Staff were always super friendly and helpful :)

We had an apartment for five nights. The hotel had comfortable beds, more space than a hotel room and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is in a great location for Christmas markets and the staff were very helpful. Also was in a quiet area.

The breakfast was great, very quiet rooms and 10mins walk to the Chocolate Museum. There was no daily housekeeping but you just ask at reception abd they give you extra towels etc.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my stay at Aparthotel Köln City. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was in a good condition and great location for walking to the inner city and local grocery shops.
