Reasonably priced, friendly staff and just right for a 2 night stay. One thing they cannot change is the size of the shower cubicle which you would expect to have a bit more space in a Hilton for the room I had. Single occupancy had a phone booth equivalent space maybe a bit more. A friend who had a twin room had much larger shower space. Something to note depending on how many in the room.

There was a fire three rooms down at 4:00 am but kudos to the Cologne fire department and your staff on how the handled it! Your staff were running quickly to bring bottles of water, chairs and down comforters out to your guests to make the best of the situation. Professional and calm but with a sense of urgency! Kudos!

The rooms are new and look nice however the facilities in the room are very below expectations even for a more premium room. No complimentary water or WiFi unless you have Hilton ‘status’. No dressing robes and no coffee machine - just a kettle. All of which are very basics one would expect when paying for the type of room. Staff didn’t offer to help my fiancé carry two heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs either.

Everything you want in a hotel!

The perfect place to stay. Best location, perfectly comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, either included in the room, or just add it the day of, at the door. Great bar in the lobby. It makes traveling and sight seeing the best part of Cologne very convenient and comfortable.
