The whole staffs attitude from this hotel is super confusing. I booked a room here by expedia but when I reached there, they told me that there is no room available at that moment. They made us wait for an hour and then gave us a room with bad odor and there was no facilities such as oven or fridge. They also messed up with my payment process. Expedia showed me that they will charge me for that booking but when I checked in, front desk from the hotel charged me again. I talked with one agent from expedia and he told me that his team will solved this problem. Otherwise the hotel is quite.

The room was clean and smelled really nice. However, we couldn’t get any because the mattress was in bad condition. The was lumpy and it a mattress topper on top. Nevertheless, it was a restless three days. The also need to have security on the property.people watching you in your room then walks back & forth past your room then will make noise outside in hopes that someone will open the door. We will never stay there again unless security is patrolling the grounds and they get new mattress’s

A comfortable stay

I was highly disappointed in my stay due hot water wasn’t working, so I was moved to another room. The hot water still didn’t get hot but warm enough to take a quick shower. The second night it worked but in the morning of check out it didn’t work again. The young lady was very nice and took care of my concerns.
