When we arrived at the property at 10pm after a long flight that was delayed we were informed that they didn’t have any more rooms available because of a burst water pipe. No phone call to warn us. We then had to drive around and find another hotel to stay at. Very unprofessional.

Staff were nice, location is walkable to Commanders stadium, but otherwise it's very isolated. The biggest problem was disrepair and cleanliness. I doubt the owners will invest in revitalizing the hotel, so it'll likely only degrade. (Note: bring your own hairdryer and bars of soap in case they're all out )

I had people begging for change on the second floor. The hotel had a prostitution ring staying at the hotel.

The accommodations themselves were fine. We had a late check-in and the door was locked for security, but no one was at the front desk to let us in for several minutes. And then we left really early in the morning (around 4:15am). There was a man standing right outside our door, we were so startled. He was asking us for money but we could hardly understand what he was saying. It was very unnerving and as we walked away he hid behind different walls and knocked on a door across the way. It was not ok and felt unsafe. We let the front desk know. Hopefully they did something about it. When one of our party returned after dropping us at the airport, the man was wandering around outside. It felt very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We came into town for a wedding and the room was nice size but bathroom was not clean nor did the toilet work. I asked to have the toilet fixed via front desk and text. Upon my return, im told the toilet cant be fixed currently and they will move us to another room. As exhausted as i was from traveling for hours, sitting in traffic and attendibg a wedding...i didn't want to move rooms. I asked to stay and possibly do a partial credit and the front desk declined. We stayed over but completely dissatisfied as a platinum choice member.
