after I received the paperwork for the car, I was told to go to the back door with my luggage and the car will be waiting there when I got to the back door. There was no car. I waited for five minutes then I noticed there was a car parked, and the other side over here. I was told to wait. I went over to the car and the girl that drove the car there just asked me if this is my car. I said it looks like it she left the car started and left didn’t tell me anything about how to use the car how to open the door where anything is I struggle to try to find a lock to open the trunk. Finally, someone came over who is not an employee and showed me to open the trunk by turning the car off. When I return the car, I left the car and a gentleman who was the attendant told me to leave the car there. It was snowing this ground was filled with snow. I was not offer any help to take the suitcases to the desk.

This properties pictures are misleading. This is not a hotel, it's a motel. Maybe I missed something but pulling up to it late at night afterong flight it looked sketchy based off it's appearance and location. Decided not stay there and they wouldn't refund our booking. Would not recommend, very disappointed, misleading images.
