First off, the lady at check in was VERY RUDE. She didn’t give me any info about check out times, location or the room and very short. The lobby was in the middle of the building so you had to walk through a breezeway before getting to it. The building smelled like weed and the area was NOT a safe neighborhood like posted in the reviews. The room was hot because the AC unit was turned off. Besides that the room was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Made a reservation online. Once onsite, the woman at the desk seemed to have problems woth their computer system. After about 30 minutes, she hands my id back and says she doesnt have any rooms. I told her i understood and asked how they would do a refund? She said to call the morning manager and they could take care of it. It has been several calls and being told to call back for a different manager. The last guy i spoke with said they can't give a refund. This whole situation just seems very shady and i would never recommend anyone trying to do business with them or staying there. Just an unfortunate chain of events ending up with with me losing money on a situation that wasn't my fault.

STAY AWAY! We arrived at 1 am tired as dogs with a baby and that's when the horror began: undescribable smell, stained sheets, lady at the front desk who is extremely rude and looked like I was scared to take the room key from her. Of course we didn't stay, so far no refund! We were called a "n..er" word by a man who broke a fight with his wife on the hallway and our baby was shaking- she was that scared! What a nightmare!

Came in late and staff was dirty and couldn't speak up. Staff was rude to folks and not welcoming. Office was more like checking into a jail than a motel. Lobby was a mess and hard to find. It was a "cheap" place to sleep, but did not inspire confidence that it was safe or clean.

There's hair everywhere in the bathroom, bed, floor and etc. There was only one clean towel and rag, everything else was dirty. The reason I'm giving any stars at all is only because I'm just thankful to have one clean pillow and a roof over my head.

They're renovating the place but it is nice. Great for the money. Just no extras, no swimming pool, no breakfast. They do have coffee. It's an older hotel they're trying to fix up. I would definitely stay there again

The property is going through repairs and renovation. The exterior is being worked on, and the lobby clearly still needs an upgrade, however what really counts is the room. Our room was great. Fresh paint, new floors, comfortable bed and pillows, and clean bathroom. Really, that’s what counts. Great price and value. I recommend this one and will return.
