We have stayed at this hotel many times. It seems like recently a lot of the little things that this hotel used to offer have changed or gone away which definitely affected the quality of our stay. Starting with the good, staff was friendly and helpful, even let us store our bikes in a meeting room that was locked so we didn’t have to keep them in our room. Location is great. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. As fast as the bad, we stayed for 3 days and had no cleaning service in our room at all, no beds were made, no fresh towels each day. No garbage removal each day. This seems to be a new thing, as on previous visits rooms were always maintained. Not sure if this is a cost cutting measure, but we also noticed a lot of the little things were disappearing, no huge things but the little nice things. Used to have fresh baked cookies in the lobby, fresh water with lemons in the water, and cleaner rooms. Value for the money has definitely went down, as this hotel is not the cheapest out there. Somewhat disappointed with this stay

Hotel was a good value, clean, quiet and had a great breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite. Great location near Crocker Park shopping and restaurants. Will stay there again in the future when visiting family in the area.
