Our room was filthy. Other than the beds being made (and hopefully changed) and fresh towels, it did not look like our room had been cleaned from the previous occupants. There was also a noticeable odor from the moment you opened the door and each time thereafter. Common areas hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a while either.
