We did not get the room we requested and paid for, there was old furniture in our hallway the entire stay. The door to our room was broken and would stick. We only had 3 chairs at our breakfast table in the room and it took 3 requests and 3 days to get the 4th chair. I have stayed in IHG properties for years and this was absolutely the worst property and service I have ever been to and had. I will never go back to this property.

Our accommodations had plenty of room for our family of 4. Unfortunately the game room wasn’t available due to renovations from the hurricane last year. The pool was quiet and even at peak hours we could still find some chairs. Nice view of the inlet, boats coming and going from the Gulf. Walkable distance to the main beach area and live entertainment. Good access to small shops forever you need snacks/drinks/condiments.

It’s a 3.5 star trying hard to not be a 3 star resort. The area is beautiful and magical. They are working hard to rebuild after the hurricane but still have a lot of work to do. The additional charge for parking was also unwelcome.

The hotel is under renovation, so we had to deal with the inconvenience. the room we were in did not have lights or lamps. It took us three requests before being able to get a lamp, which still was not adequate. the shower was also scalding hot only. after five complaints they said they would have to change the diverter, it was a big job, and they would not be able to do it after we leave. On top of that, we went through over 20 room keys as they kept stopping working. combined with everything we had to make over 20 trips to the front desk and over 30 calls just to not have our issues fully resolved. We rented a suite to have a separate dining room to eat and play games on, but never ended up with enough light to do so and never had a shower that was usable. I think that I should be refunded for this whole trip. The hotel waived a resort fee and said that we would have to deal with you as it is a third-party sale. The whole thing is very frustrating and disappointing.

The property was very well kept. The pool area is a big hit with everyone. Its nice to have the bar and restaurant right there on the property. The rooms certainly could be updated. I think they were working on that as we were leaving. New furniture was being installed and painting was being done. Was within walking distance of beach and shopping. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel,property is still recovering from last hurricane, which was explained to me in an email prior to my arrival...Spacious suite was nice,Jimmy's restaurant on the property was excellent!!!!. Really liked the outdoor pool and bar next to pool,plenty of sunloungers to sit on as well. I would definitely stay there again, just a reminder on hotel renovations because of the hurricane, Mother Nature is in charge,it's not the hotels fault.

The attached restrauant was definitely very good, great service. As for the parking is was difficult finding a parking space, for the amount of daily room rates the additional resort fee was not a plus for returning to your hotel. It added more expense to the price of our stay. Your staff was very good and very helpful.

The stay was okay and a great view of the sunset but Hotels.com said parking was $25 USD a night and it was actually $37 USD a night plus taxes! I was a little disappointed in that. Also, we paid in advance $15 per person for breakfast each day and come to find out anything above that above that you had to pay the difference. There was no reason to pay for breakfast in advance. Other than that it was a great location and Jimmy's Fish House is a great place to eat and enjoy the scenery

The property location is great. And the property was still recovering from the hurricane. However, the desk staff failed to provide the paperwork for the breakfast I paid for, the free water park and was unable to fix the telephone in the room.

I liked the suite we had and the hotel staff. I didn't love the breakfast, I wish it was a normal buffet style or at least a choice between sit down and buffet. It wasn't really free breakfast because you have to pay for tip/tax at a minimum. One of the elevators was down, which was inconvenient
