Overall good.

Overall good. My only complaint was only 2 towels were left in the room for 3 adults and when we asked 2 different housekeepers they said they had no extra towels and would bring one.....no one ever did so I ended up having to use a hand towel

This hotel had a great location near the water with nice friendly staff. However we were unable to use the hotel’s chairs on the beach despite being told to pay a resort fee. The hotel was average quality in the room which was unexpected due to being a Hilton.

Parking was a pain. Arrived and got a parking garage voucher but was told they only do valet. The voucher is $20 an hour. Finding a valet to help was difficult as no one would help or answer phone calls. I was able to get the voucher removed but when I forgot a backpack in the car, it took 10 minutes to get help.

Dated, run down, front desk staff is either understaffed or generally too slow. Beach location is very good. Pool is good. Gym is functional but dated with limited equipment. Rooms are very dated and tired. AC works but runs very loudly.

Staff was awesome The only thing I didn’t like was the bedding smelled bad It didn’t have a fresh scent They changed the sheets but it still didn’t have a fresh detergent scent Beside that it was a great vacation Tori and Dylan were the best !!!

They charge $30.00 a day hotel fees and $30.00 a day parking so $60.00 a day additional to the cost of your room. There were cracks in the balcony floors. Like to the point I was concerned standing on the balcony. The partial ocean view was looking out over the air conditioning units. I would expect these conditions from a Hotel 6 but a Hilton unbelievable

Staff was not friendly We asl for water and the people for the lobby told me go and ask the people from vallet parking we when to ask this guys and they said go to the lobby and that is not acceptable and I never came back to any Hilton at all and I will charge this bad experience to my family and friends

Elevators need to be redone very bad looking doors .. overall good hotel with convenience .. some of the staff members at towel area need to be retrained on how to treat guests and also at the Tiki Hut .. they can be very rude
