Came for a 2 night stay for a birthday weekend..Always wanted to stay in the Radisson and my expectations were met! Considering its an old hotel, rooms were updated and clean amd check in was quick and painless...We love the Mainstrasse village and was convenient that we could walk across the street to it

Decent location, old property in need of updates.

Staff was good. Property in general is old and needs a lot of updates. Hallways are very dark. Room in general seemed clean, but the hair dryer exterior surface was super dirty and sticky. Easy walk to the MainStrasse area. We did not eat at the restaurants. I’d probably stay at a more updated property if in Covington sgain.

Hotel seemed very ran down and neglected. There was mold and mildew in room. Bathrooms were poorly cleaned. Sheets were not cleaned had stains on them. Carpet and walls had stains as well. We were on the 15th floor and had to take stairs because we could only use the service elevator in the entire hotel for everyone very unsafe as it lead directly into the kitchen and was over crowded because so many people were trying to get down stairs. Property needs serious attention and remodeling. Looked nothing like online photos very misleading.

We have stayed here several times before and this time was the absolute worst Check in staff was rude no details on anything in the hotel Elevators were down, no signs for redirection so waited 20 mins plus each time, just horrible Room was run down and not cleaned properly, sheets dirty I will never stay again

Reserved the premium king city view with balcony. Changed rooms 3 times trying to find a room that had somewhere to sit and not just a bed. Who would have thought a premium room would not have a place to sit. What does everyone do. Sit on the bed the whole time. We are older and cannot do that. Ridiculous you would even think guests would not like a place to sit. Never again. The staff did their best to find us a room with a couch or chair. They couldn’t so we left and was given a refund. If you like only having a choice to sit on the bed, this is the place for you. Unbelievable. Premium room? OMG.

I loved the view and how kind the staff were, my only complaints are that 3 of the 4 outlets by the bed were finicky at best and the sink water pressure was very on or off, but it was a comfortable and clean stay :) As someone with a lowered and bright pink art car, I was worried that something would happen to my car especially since I was too low to enter the garage, but all went perfectly well night after night. The breakfast was delicious and delivered as requested, and overall it was a wonderful time, this has been and still is my go-to hotel for my Cinci/NKY trips :)

This place is terrible. Don’t go. I’m still (12 days) after my stay trying to get the incidental's charge back. For two rooms that is $100. Staff is rude unhelpful. Dinning options, what dining options. Rooms smell weird. I could go on. It was a bucket list idea to stay here. Since I was little coming over the bridge I would see this hotel and I always wanted to stay here. Worst experience with a hotel in my life.

We had a Giant Cockroach in our hotel room. Absolutely filthy. The hotel staff did nothing about all the rif raff that was in the pool. There was 17 unsupervised kids fighting and being loud. My kids couldn’t even enjoy the stay.
