I was impressed with how courteous the staff were. The room was very clean despite that dogs are allowed here. The hot breakfast was fresh and delicious… and was a big money saver, and a great way to start each day during our visit.

The staff has always been very courteous. Upon entering the room, there was a sour odor which was around for the length of our stay (altho we seemed to get "used" to it after awhile). The shower water didn't get very hot. And there were no wash cloths provided. AND WHY ARE THERE EVER NOT ENOUGH TOWEL BARS OR HOOKS? (Not just this hotel but most hotels in which we've stayed.)

Everyone was nice. My only complaint is there was not enough towels for each & everyone of us in the room. I made reservation for 4 people & there were only 3 bath towels & since we arrived at night time I just waited to ask for enough towels in AM. I just used hand towels when i showered that night. Pillows were not so comfortable. I think they need to be replaced, overall it was a good experience
