Would recommend for budget travel

Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. Staff were nice and parking was easy. TV didn’t work unfortunately and temperature control in the shower was bad. A/C was a little loud and made weird noises but worked. For the budget price and only 15 mins drive from downtown, I’m satisfied with my stay.

The room appeared clean but the floors need dusted and mopped. The door to the bath and toilet room is sticky. There was very limited hot water at the sink tap and the bath faucet was broken and would not produce warm water at all. The maid was very nice but couldn't speak any English for requests or questions. The neighborhood has gang graffiti on the sidewalks and buildings.

When you first look it looks decent. And the experience was decent as well. But wouldn’t come back. My stay was short, just a weekend. But in that time … no hot water (which they did give a discount) and I saw a roach or two. That big for me. And nasty af. So it’s a no go coming back. Thanks to the cold shower and roaches. Thumbs down.
