Nah bol. Got caught by a classic bait and switch on the room price. Had to pay an extra $35 per night for the 3rd person when we checked in Apart from that, good room, good shower, good location

Garden rooms were old, without microwave and ac and stained carpet in first room. Luckily moved breakfast on Christmas Day was dire, served in a little cardboard box, a handful of muesli loose! Nice garden area and good to have games and picnic table and bbq area. Really disappointing breakfast given Christmas day A hand made tiny pot of yoghurt and milk(not even a sealed proper little one), 3 grapes, one slice of cheap loaf bread and a little pastry loose so all was stale anyway by the next morning. Kitchen was a mess. The "double" bed was two singles put together with a horrible lip in the middle. The showers will burn you when someone uses a toilet which is a massive foresight considering theres a bunch of showers and toilets in the bathroom.

(I didn't have the breakfast as I had to leave early) nice kitchen and communal areas, bunk was fine but I was by the door and was disturbed by the slamming, and the mirror kept directing the room light into my bunk!

I was very glad to get into the Studios after my accommodation was not suitable. Katie and office helped me out. Discount at the pub I used for breakfast at checkout. Had a quiet studio room, secure parking. Not any grocery shops close by. I had lovely walks along the River into the City and the Botanic gardens.
