Unprofessional staff!!!

Definitely not a pleasant stay!!! The room was good and what it offered was fine. Lack of communication by GM to staff to guests absolutely horrible. Based on this experience over hardly anything and no real explanation Woodspring Suites is off my list permanently!!!!

Bed was terrible- it’s like the metal frame you can buy on Amazon for some $60 with a mattress on top. No shampoo/conditioner in the shower; I didn’t ask the front desk so maybe they provide it if you ask.

Worst experience of my life. Receptionist was so rude, felt like screaming, did not let us check in early, which is ok but can’t even use the restroom in the lobby. Hair on the bed, floor in our room was sticky, no soap- shampoo in the room. Last once we checked in, still washroom In the lobby was locked. Are we in USA? That’s the question I asked. Really bad experience.

The lack of eating options in the hotel itself and out of it was disappointing but they did let me know ahead of time and during check in so I wasn’t worried. Overall the rooms were spacious with very convenient furniture to put your belongings. With this in mind and the low price compared to other locations near by, I would highly recommend this location for a stay.

Hotel was good & clean. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were coming thru the floor and the stomping never stopped. Overall the hotel was good and I'll be back. Dog friendly as well.
