It was a good hotel to stay in, only issue is they didn’t come and ask if you needed any new towels or rags or room service in general but overall would stay again and the staff was very nice.

The place smelled terrible. I had to buy air fresheners for the room just so I could stay there because the odor was unbearable. On the first day, I ran out of towels. When I went to ask for more, they told me they didn't have any available at the time. I then asked one of the housekeeping staff, but she said she couldn't give me any and that I had to request them at the front desk. In addition, when I went to the front desk, they told me that towels could only be requested between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. I explained to the front desk employee that I would be at basketball events during those hours and asked if she could please give me some since she was already handling the towels, but she refused to help me. There were also people smoking marijuana outside. Based on my experience, I would never stay there again. I ended up having to buy my own towels and other necessities.
