Overall, the hotel and meeting center aspects of the property are great! Will come back for that without a doubt. They are weirdly guarded over the mediocre-at-best breakfast, though. Bought breakfast passes through Hotels.com, and the desk clerk first didn't believe us, then when shown the receipt was hesitant, only relenting when I threatened to escalate, with a huge teenager-grade dramatic sigh. Charging $16 for that breakfast was the biggest insult of the trip. Bacon was burnt, the potatoes were cut and cooked inconsistently, the Starbucks pour-over was so bitter and wrong-tasting, another patron commented out loud, "This tastes like poison!" Save your money and taste buds, get breakfast elsewhere.

They send me to a room no clean yet arrived there the keys not working going back down stairs for new room I didn’t know like that room No refrigerator no microwave Resquest next day if they can clean the room they didn’t clean but the front desk put me in an other by mistake. There was a hair in the bathtub when I got in there and I left it for the cleaning service and it was still there when I got back to the room. Otherwise very comfy beds and nice rooms
