I liked the convenience of this property to the location of Great lakes Naval base. I did not like that it is shared with a DMV. Parking was horrible when the DMV was open

The hotel looks dated, but it was clean. Definitely convenient to the Navy RTC. Parking is free and always available. Gym was closed at the time we stayed there. Breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, yogurt and prepackaged muffins, so you need to go out to get more substantial food. Not much in the immediate area. Restaurants are a few miles away.

Parking in front was inconvenient during DMV hours. A lot of noise could be heard from people in hallways going in and out of rooms or just talking. Overall, room was clean, house keeping was phenomenal, and staff was welcoming, polite, and professional.

Pros: Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Cons: walls and doors are thin, can be noisy with people in hall or adjacent rooms. Toilet tank took an hour to refill. However good place to stay for boot camp graduation, which is what i was there for, close to base.

I did not like this property at all. It's located right next to the secretary of state office in a very small parking lot. The hotel itself is small and very old. Also, I was traveling alone but was put in an adjoining room with a broken lock. I felt extremely unsafe. The hallways were narrow and the room was pretty dark. My window faced a brick building. There weren't many dining options around either.

This was a nice and convenient stay, close to navy base for graduation. The rooms were really clean, found a few hairs on my pillow. Other than that it was good. Mattress was comfy and there was enough space for 3 of us. Bathroom sink was leaky and could use an update but if you’re looking for convenience and good pricing, this is for you.

My son had a tournament Saturday we got in Friday night the front desk was very nice we got our room it was okay in the website said that would be very clean and has housekeeping on Saturday morning we left at 6:30am to my son games we got back to our room at 3:00 pm the housekeeping staff knocked on our door that if we needed services asking me if I need them to give us services then our sheets had blood on them very poor cleaning then for breakfast very bad if you have kids this place is very bad save your money

The location is good, very close to the Naval Station. They provide a shuttle bus in the morning on graduation day. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are polite. The receptions are friendly, respectful, and very helpful with recommendations. The hotel feels safe, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
