Breakfast for dietary restrictions not great

Room and Service was great as usual. The lower rating was due to the change in breakfast served. What you now offer does not take into account any dietary restrictions. Scrambled eggs on their own Great. Now serve with premade with a muffin and someone with celiac disease can no longer eat it. The miscellaneous other items do not make up for a complete breakfast.

I'm super pleased with this hotel. Tracy and the other staff are very nice and efficient. The room is updated, the bed, pillow and blankets are good, the shampoos in the bathroom are high quality, the shower was piping hot. Free parking and free breakfast is a real plus in this area. The breakfast was extremely generous and varied. I stayed here many times when coming to Chicago and will choose this hotel on my next trip again.

Room was very clean. Had a breakfast buffet that was good. You could get snacks and coffee 24 hours a day. Parking was easy and convenient. Liked everything about this hotel and if ever in town again would definitely stay there again.
