This hotel is clean and staff are really nice. It just bugs me that they charge for parking. It is not a downtown hotel. They have a huge lot, it adds up!

The hotel is only okay. Staff was friendly during our stay but the property is very dated with old TV (who still uses pay per play?), old gym equipment, no USB-C ports. The walls are extremely thin — we were pretty disturbed by our loud neighbor. Pool is really not in a good condition at all, murky water, stains near the pool area etc.

The front desk agent was very professional and efficient. She got me registered well under ten minutes and shared information about the hotel’s amenities & complimentary meals. The agent also accommodated my request to stay on a lower level floor. The room was clean and close to the elevators. The bed was very comfortable!

Positives: front desk staff, cleanliness, easy check-in/out, nice welcoming reception with 2 drinks, breakfast, and location. Negatives: Strict about 18 and younger in the hot tub, security made the pool less fun (no throwing balls, no floats, no jumping), elevators were in then out of service, which created long lines and wait times.

The issue was our handicap room. Walk-in shower was good but truly the shower water ran into the bathroom drain and water was everywhere and it was actually very dangerous for my handicapped relative. We had to dry the floor after each shower, the water actually even flowed out of the room. Very dangerous for slipping for everyone and the sliding barn doors kept opening leaving little privacy for those in the bathroom. Very, very odd setup for a handicap bathroom. Shower curtain was way too short for the shower. Very dangerous room (1028)
