Room was somewhat run down. Noticed on the last day that the sheets were stained. Lots of kids and teenagers running around the hotel after 10PM. A lot of guests were smoking pot in their rooms. My room started to smell like pot the last morning I was there.

This hotel is a disaster. Several children and teens were causing disturbances in the lobby/atrium until 1am. Doors slamming, yelling, riding office chairs down the ramps, etc. Hotel staff were not able to remedy the problem. This affected our sleep. The room also was outdated and dirty. No working charging ports in the bedroom, the bathroom door lock was broke, and the room in general was dirty. I will not return.

Our stay was very nice. We were there for 5 days, and the entire time the rooms were clean, the evening reception was fun, and the staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly courteous and professional. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
