The room was very outdated and had paint chipped all throughout. The shower ceiling had what looked like a huge hole in the drywall also. On the bright side the staff when checking in were super nice and very helpful.

Loud music from a guest room down the hall well past 3:00am on the 3rd floor. No hot water at 10:00am on a Sunday. And a motion sensor light switch in the room that had a mind of its own. Other than that, lots of parking, delicious welcome gift, very clean, friendly staff…

The room was in great condition, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed building rapport and having conversations with the two bartenders during the evening hours at the DoubleTree. I told myself I’ll definitely schedule another stay there, but next time I’ll come when it’s not during a holiday.
